John Cutter Restaurant & Bar

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada | Typology: Premium Commercial Hospitality & Entertainment

THE STORY

Designed to anchor a premium local dining and gaming experience, this hospitality project balances large-volume social spaces with a warm, upscale atmosphere. We guided the design from initial space-planning concepts through a rigorous Construction Document phase and final physical realization. Situated along the primary thoroughfare leading to Red Rock Canyon, a destination for road cycling, the operational challenge was to coordinate a highly efficient back-of-house flow with a premium, high-volume front-of-house guest experience, engineering a striking architectural identity that acts as a landmark gateway.

THE VISION

The interior architecture centers on an expansive, centrally located island bar that dictates spatial circulation and social zoning. To capture the spirit of its scenic geographic corridor, the early concept was visualized through custom renderings showcasing active road cyclists, anchoring the venue to the local outdoor community. The final layout seamlessly integrates dedicated lounge areas, premium dining booths, and integrated gaming counters. Textured stacked stone, custom woodwork, and curated acoustic ceilings create an intimate, acoustically balanced environment engineered for long-term commercial durability.
