Silverado Ranch Community Center

THE STORY

Our team directed the technical delivery and production blueprint pipeline, from schematic refinement through detailed construction drawings and active construction phase oversight, for this landmark 36,900-square-foot Clark County facility. Developed using extensive community input from public surveys and forums, the project required navigating complex municipal zoning and strict public-works standards to deliver a highly accessible, state-of-the-art public hub.

THE VISION

The layout uses a nature-inspired design philosophy, integrating organic textures and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions to boost community well-being. The programmatic layout introduces an innovative elevated indoor running track suspended at the mezzanine level, complete with a fully accessible ramp. The building features an expansive gymnasium for court sports, a demonstration kitchen, and strategic internal overlook spaces framing clear views of the Las Vegas Strip. The facility connects smoothly to an outdoor performance plaza with tiered artificial turf seating, establishing a robust, climate-responsive municipal anchor built for long-term durability.
