Costa Pacifico Homes
Location: Salinas, Ecuador | Typology: Master-Planned Coastal Development Conceptual Feasibility & Design
THE STORY
Acting simultaneously as investor, designer, and developer, we conceived this high-performance coastal master plan to meet the growing demand for sustainable, modern real estate on the Ecuadorian coast. Strategically located near the beachfront of Salinas, the 20+ unit development is engineered to maximize investor profitability and long-term asset value. By directly applying international building regulations to the local market, the project establishes a new benchmark for sustainable development where lifestyle luxury meets rigorous engineering standards.
THE VISION
The master plan incorporates three distinct residential scales: efficient multi-family apartments, open-concept single-story homes, and expansive two-story residences. These homes deliver a unique market mix of accessibility, high performance, and top-notch construction technologies standard in the United States. Built to strictly align with IBC regulations, the structures prioritize advanced thermal-acoustical performance and continuous insulation to drastically cut energy consumption. The infrastructure features smart sustainability systems, including comprehensive graywater recycling for landscape irrigation. The result is a highly modern, climate-responsive community engineered for maximum durability, water stewardship, and energy savings.
