THE STORY

Located in the fast-growing Fremont East District, this 5-story, 84-unit premium residential building was designed to bring sleek, workforce-friendly lifestyle density to the urban core. The mixed-use project introduces ground-floor retail to activate the streetscape, paired with an amenity-rich vertical community above. Working directly within a design-build delivery model, our technical focus was centered on the heavy-lifting phase of translating the architectural parameters into rigorous Construction Documents to ensure flawless constructability, safety, and modern spatial efficiency.

THE VISION

The modern design features a concrete podium structure supporting a connected live-work-play environment. The layout seamlessly integrates high-end shared spaces, including an open-air courtyard anchored by mature landscaping, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a dedicated co-working business lounge (’HQ’), and a resident rooftop amenity deck boasting sweeping city views. By wrapping the structure in massive, multi-story local public murals, the building stands as a vibrant landmark that honors the cultural growth and revitalization of the downtown community.
